Get involved

You do not need to be a sovereignty expert. If you have operational experience with cloud providers, identity systems, or regulatory compliance, you already have domain knowledge this framework needs.

Expand a dimension

All twelve dimensions are authored, and each can still go deeper. Pick one that matches your expertise and challenge its evidence guidance and regulatory mappings.

Sharpen the criteria

Every criterion should test sovereignty, not security hygiene. Review them, challenge them, make them better.

Stress-test the model

Apply SCOPE to your organisation. Where does the model hold up? Where does it fall short? Real-world feedback is the most valuable kind.
